Influenza Vaccine Program

Please find attached the COG for the 2009-10 Seasonal Influenza Vaccine Program that has been approved by Dr. James Kempema. The attached information should be reviewed by all influenza vaccine qualified personnel.  Influenza immunizations should only be provided by those individuals who have met the requirements of system immunization qualification.  As part of the an effective administration of influenza vaccine program is the proper storage and transportation of the vaccine.  This version of the COG includes information for accessing the Austin Travis County Health and Human Services Department policies and procedures.

Should you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
